MSVR to bring down curtain on Brands Hatch racing season

15 November 2022

The final racing event of the 2022 season at Brands Hatch comes this weekend (19/20 November) courtesy of MotorSport Vision Racing (MSVR).

The two days of action will have significant contrasts, with a series of short sprint-style races on Saturday, and then the eight-hour IndyKa 500 event for the EnduroKa category on Sunday.

Saturday's action comprises of six races, including action from the MSVT Trackday Championship, where racing newcomers will look to end their season in a range of tin tops and saloons.

Turismo X is the next step up, and with a genuine Mazda Demio up for grabs for this year's champions, drama is almost guaranteed across a pair of races.

There's an additional two contests for the United Formula Ford Championship, a category open for all ages of Formula Ford machinery, with additional spoils up for grabs with the round also awarding the Champion of Brands title.

With the short and sharp stuff complete, the racing changes entirely on Sunday, as Ford Ka contenders battle it out for over eight hours (or 500 minutes!) on the Indy circuit.

Last year's event ran to almost 400 laps, so there's plenty of opportunity for excitement and drama in one of Britain's newest and most popular racing categories, for near-identical 1.3 litre Mk1 Ford Kas, as they race into the evening.

Tickets are available in advance priced from £14 for adults per day, with discounted rates for teenagers aged 13-15 and free entry for children under-13. For more information and to book, click here.
