Accessibility

Is there disabled parking and viewing available?

There is designated disabled parking available near the main Paddock Hill Grandstand and you may also park free of charge on Southbank (opposite the rear of the pit garages). Vehicles parked in these areas must display a Blue Badge and will be directed by venue staff on arrival. If you intend to park near to Paddock Hill Grandstand please head to the main entrance (next to the Mercure Hotel).

There is a dedicated wheelchair viewing area in Paddock Hill Grandstand with free of charge access to wheelchair users plus one carer. Any additional carers, friends or family must be in possession of a valid grandstand ticket. Please contact our ticket office on 0344 225 4422 to reserve space in the wheelchair viewing area in advance.

Am I entitled to a discount for being a carer?

Carers of our disabled guests may be entitled to free admission at MSV's race events. This must be arranged in advance. For details on how to apply click here.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes, baby changing facilities can be found in the locations below. Please note some will not be available on smaller race event days:

  • Hailwoods Bar and Restaurant in the paddock
  • The Paddock shower block
  • Druids Toilets
  • The Colin Chapman Way Fast Lane Toilets
  • The MotorSport Vision Centre (by the main entrance)
  • The ‘Superloo’ toilet block opposite the Megastore shop (next to the Kentagon Restaurant and Bar)

Parking

How much does it cost to park?

Parking is free of charge for all public car parks, except for Southbank (infield) parking at larger events, which is chargeable per car. Please see the relevant event ticket pages for more information.

General

Is there a cash machine on site?

Yes, by the Megastore shop opposite the Kentagon Restaurant.

Where can I claim my lost property or hand in any found items?

If found, lost property can be handed into any member of staff or The Megastore, the Kentagon restaurant, Hailwoods restaurant and front gate security.

To claim lost property, please go to the front gate security office.

Can I bring my ebike or scooter to the venue?

No, members of the public are not allowed two wheeled vehicles into spectator areas. That includes bicycles.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes – you are welcome to do so, including alcohol. Please note our permanent restaurants are open throughout race weekends, serving a wide variety of dishes and offering very good value.

Is there access to the Paddock or Pits during the event?

At most major race meetings the area behind the pit garages will not be accessible to the public, however there will typically be scheduled pit walks and autograph sessions. The support (outer) race paddock is always open to the general public.

Are animals permitted anywhere onsite?

No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.

What is the policy on drones or UAVS?

Drones / UAVs are not permitted for use at the venue on any day.

Is there WiFi at the venue?

Visitors to events at all five MSV circuits can benefit from the use of free WiFi.

The service can be accessed from the pit garages and spectator grandstands at Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton and Oulton Park, plus venue restaurants (including Cadwell Park). This scale of coverage is unprecedented amongst UK motorsport venues.

To access the facility, provided free-of-charge users simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI from their smartphone, tablet or PC and connect.

This free service is also available throughout the week, incorporating trackdays and testing in addition to weekend race events.

Can I bring a gazebo to the circuit at a race event?

Spectators may bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others. Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

Tickets

What happens if I haven’t received my e-tickets?

All e-tickets are sent instantly to the email address associated with your MSV account. Pleas ensure your contact details are kept up to date, and keep an eye on junk/spam folders.

If you cannot find an email, tickets can also be accessed and downloaded by logging in to your MSV account here.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?

Yes, you can buy tickets on the gate at all our race meetings, by cash or card payment. Please note some events are advance-ticket only - these will clearly be marked on our website.

What happens if my posted tickets don't arrive in time?

All tickets are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the ticket office at the address below:

Do I have to print my ticket?

For the fastest access into the venue, we recommend that you print your tickets.

You can also show tickets on your mobile phone, however to avoid delays we recommend downloading and saving these to your device. Please ensure you keep your phone fully charged and turn the brightness up when at the gates.

I can no longer attend. Can tickets be returned?

MSV is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for tickets unless the event is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances under its direct control.

I have a grade D ticket, Where can I find a list of events and can I upgrade my ticket?

You can find a list of eligible Grade D events by clicking here. Unfortunately these cannot be exchanged or used as part payment towards any other higher grade meeting.

Do you offer a Senior Citizen discount?

We offer senior citizen discounts at selected events. Please note these reductions are only available at the gates, where age can be easily verified. When such discounts are offered, there will be no prospect of the event selling out.
