17 October 2026

Kyle Ryde claimed the final Omologato Pole Positon of the ZYN British Superbike Championship season at Brands Hatch ahead of this afternoon’s crucial opening race of the season finale.

Ryde launched to the top of the times in the closing five minutes of the session for the Nitrous Coin Nitrous Competitions Racing team, whilst closest championship rival Scott Redding endured a challenging ROKiT Oxygen Performance Qualifying session, and will start from the third row in seventh place.

Max Cook had held the edge until Ryde’s flying final lap, to put the AJN Steelstock bimota second on the grid with Ryan Vickers completing the front row for Honda Racing UK despite an early tip off and Druids.

Cheshire Mouldings Yamaha’s Rory Skinner was nudged onto the second row with Vickers’ final time attack, with Joe Talbot and Leon Haslam completing the top six.

Redding starts seventh ahead of Danny Kent and Bradley Ray with Storm Stacey completing the top ten.
