The Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship blasts back to Brands Hatch for a lively clash around the Indy circuit this weekend (9/10 May). Advance booking is now closed, however tickets are available on the gate on Saturday and Sunday. Under-13s go FREE – click here for more information.
The BTCC arrives at the Kent circuit for its second weekend with the new Race to Pole qualifying format. This means fans won’t just enjoy Sunday's customary triple-header, featuring cars from Ford, Hyundai, Toyota, BMW, Audi, Mercedes and more, but also an added qualifying race on Saturday afternoon, with extra points and bragging rights on the line.
Drivers to watch out for will include reigning champion Tom Ingram, who was super fast during the season opener, and four-time title winner Ash Sutton, who leads the standings heading into Brands Hatch. Plus there are headline grabbing new additions to the grid in the shape of Plato Racing, with its Mercedes, and Power Maxed Racing’s Audi.
The headline BTCC action will be complemented by a full support race line-up, including Porsche Carrera Cup GB, MINI CHALLENGE and the Caterham Seven Championship.
Raceday tickets are £40 on the gate, with Saturday and weekend tickets available too. Reductions are available for 13-15-year-olds and under-13s go FREE. For more information, click here.
