Masters celebrates the glory and history of F1 this weekend

26 May 2026

The Masters Historic Festival returns to Brands Hatch for a sublime celebration of the venue’s Grand Prix heritage this weekend (30/31 May). Discounted advance tickets for this cornerstone fixture of the circuit’s centenary calendar are only available until 4pm on Thursday (28 May) – click here to get yours now!

Two sumptuous days are planned, with all of the action taking place on the legendary full Grand Prix layout. The Masters Racing Legends series, for F1 cars of the ‘60s to the ‘80s, tops the bill with an impressive entry, transporting visitors back to an era when the Kent circuit was a regular on the Grand Prix calendar.

The F1 celebrations will continue beyond that, with Masters Demo Legends sessions on the circuit (featuring Stefan Johansson and Martin Donnelly driving a 1987 Leyton House and a 1993 Footwork Arrows respectively) as well as a static display featuring two Williams machines raced to victory at the venue by Nigel Mansell. The Historic Grand Prix Car Association’s earlier cars will race too, while additional single-seater action will come from the F2 Classic Interseries and F3 Classic Interseries.

The full bill also includes two Masters Endurance Legends grids, the Masters Gentlemen Drivers and Masters Pre-66 touring cars. Car displays will add to the atmosphere too on what promises to be a weekend of golden nostalgia.
