NASCAR demo and display line-up confirmed for American SpeedFest 11 powered by Lucas Oil

The NASCAR demo and display line-up for American SpeedFest 11 powered by Lucas Oil has been confirmed ahead of the supercharged event’s return to Brands Hatch on 8/9 June.

A range of cars originally built and raced in the USA will join the festivities next month, including machinery which raced in NASCAR’s top level Cup competition. These cars will complement headline race cars of the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series.

#3 Chevrolet Silverado Truck – current owner: Geoffrey Parker

This NASCAR Truck was originally prepared by the legendary Richard Childress Racing team and driven by Austin Dillon and Ty Dillon.

#7 Chevrolet Monte Carlo – current owner: Phillip Sherwin

This machine was originally raced by the Mohegan Sun Racing team to be raced by Matt Kobyluck. The car has been more recently presented in the GoDaddy racing colours as made famous my Danica Patrick.

#18 Pontiac Grand Prix – current owner: David Clarke

This machine is presented in the iconic Interstate Batteries livery as made famous in the ‘90s by Joe Gibbs Racing. The machine has been signed by 2000 Cup Champion Bobby Labonte.

#26 Chevrolet Monte Carlo – current owner: Steve Stretton

This stock car was raced from 2000 until 2003 by Bobby Hamilton Jr. This machine will appear at SpeedFest in the iconic Dr Pepper paint scheme in which it raced during 2001.

#29 Chevrolet Impala – current owner: Tim Evers

This Richard Childress Racing Impala was raced in period by Kevin Harvick at Daytona, Atlanta and Talladega before Clint Bowyer raced it for a period. The car is presented in its livery from the 2007 Daytona 500.

#31 Chevrolet SS – current owner: Neal Ives

This car was raced by Ryan Newman in the 2014 season and will head to SpeedFest in the colours in which it appeared at Kansas Speedway that year.

#55 Chevrolet Bel Air – current owner: Serkan Surucu

This retro model will add an old-school 1950s vibe to the NASCAR demos, showcasing machinery from an earlier era.

#75 Chevrolet Silverado Truck – current owner: Ross Charlesworth

This machine was run in the Trucks Series by Spears Racing from 2004 to 2008. It was a race winner in the hands of David Starr and was also driven by Dennis Setzer and Aric Almirola.

#83 Toyota Camry – current owner: Peter Reck

This Toyota NASCAR stock car will appear in a Red Bull livery.

#88 Ford Fusion – current owner: Trevor Jones

This car was built to race in the Car of Tomorrow period of 2007 and was driven by Ricky Rudd for Robert Yates Racing. The livery shows the car as it appeared at Martinsville that year.

Static display: 2021 Ford Mustang – current owner: Robin Stephens

This car which will appear as a static display model was raced by Michael McDowell at Phoenix, the same year he won the Daytona 500.
