Amazing Grace Bakery, founded in Kent in 2019, began with a dedication to preservative-free baking using a natural sourdough starter. A pivotal moment came in 2022 when our head baker travelled to Treviso, Italy, to learn traditional panettone-making techniques. This experience deeply influenced our baking methods, leading to the creation of small-batch artisan panettone that meets the standards of the Italian Panettone Law—crafted with care at every stage and baked locally in Kent.
