Emma gained a postgraduate diploma in export marketing, and spent a year living and working in France and Italy as part of her languages degree at Bath University. Healthy, tasty food, inspired by travel and the great outdoors, has always been important to her. Emma learned from the cooks in her family, sharing recipes and a passion for cookery books with them. Her 2 children are grown up, and Emma now shares her love of helping other people to cook more healthily and much more easily, saving money with Thermomix. Cakes, breads, desserts and salads, using homegrown fruit and vegetables, are her favourite recipes to make, and she will show you how Thermomix can help you at home! Real Italian lasagne is her all-time favourite dish (and she now makes the pasta herself)! An experienced Advisor for Thermomix, Emma supports her customers and teaches bread-making, runs pop up events, does live cooking and home demos, sharing her passion for the device that can do most jobs in the kitchen! Emma was interviewed by the Berkshire-run Kitchen Tales podcast, and posts regularly on Instagram and Facebook. She is also an active member of the pastoral care team at a girls’ boarding school in Berkshire, often running cooking activities. When she is not in the kitchen, she would rather be outdoors!

Thuy Hoang, a 2023 MasterChef UK Quarter Finalist, is a Vietnamese-born chef and food presenter known for championing the bold, fresh flavours of her heritage. Based in London, she teaches at the School of Wok, judges major UK food awards, and appears regularly at top food festivals. While Vietnamese cuisine is her speciality, Thuy is bringing a one-off Italian twist to Festival Italia—infusing her signature style into a unique dish that celebrates the crossover of cultures and flavour.

James Skelton, aka Silver Fox Cooks, is a MasterChef UK Series 18 semi-finalist known for his hearty dishes, standout pasta, and indulgent desserts. A PGA Golf Professional for over 20 years, James turned his lifelong passion for cooking into a second career, now hosting supper clubs, private dining experiences, and food demos across the UK. His ultimate dream? To combine golf and gastronomy into luxury travel experiences.

Forest Kwok - 14:40
Forest was a contestant on BBC1’s MasterChef in 2023 where he became a Quarter Finalist through his desserts and patisseries, gaining accolades such as “The Best of Parisian Patisserie”by acclaimed food critic Jay Rayner, and “Work of a craftsman” “This is professional quality” from judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace. He has since spent time cooking at Michelin starred restaurant with some of the world’s best chefs, catered for corporate and private events, and doing cooking demos in food festivals both within and beyond the UK.
Originally from Hong Kong, Forest studied Psychology at Oxford University and has since built a career in marketing, working with various innovative startups around the world. His cooking style mostly focuses on modern British and European cuisines with occasional inspirations from East Asia, but he is most passionate about creating accessible and delicious food that can be enjoyed by all.
