The Legends of Brands Hatch Superprix blasts Kent back to the past with a summer weekend dedicated to racing machinery from history.

Sports cars, single-seaters and tin tops from the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s will all be celebrated across the event, courtesy of the Historic Sports Car Club (HSCC), on the famous Grand Prix circuit. The Derek Bell Trophy makes a return to Brands Hatch and will feature thunderous Formula 5000 and Formula 2 single-seaters from the ‘60s and ‘70s.

The meeting will also include the Griffiths Haig Trophy for 1950s drum brake machines, plus racing from Classic Formula Ford, Historic Formula Ford and the Thundersports Series for sports-prototype cars.

The programme will see a bumper grid of Historic Formula 3 cars, with the category celebrating a very special 60th anniversary this season.
