The 2023 British Truck Racing Championship will kick off at Brands Hatch this Easter Weekend (Sat/Sun) with two days of super-sized action on the Indy circuit.
Five British Truck Racing contests will headline across Saturday and Easter Sunday, with five-tonne giants unleashing up to 1,000bhp on the tarmac. These machines have to be seen to be believed - you'll see nothing else like them on UK circuits!
There will be a colourful support race programme too, including the Pickup Truck Championship and a selection of BARC club car championships and series. There will be off-track attractions as well, with plenty for individuals of all ages to enjoy. See the "What's Included" tab for details!

All general parking outside the venue is free of charge. Infield parking on Southbank (opposite the rear of the garages) is £5 per car on Saturday and £10 per car on Sunday, subject to availability. British Truck Racing Championship
Five-tonne racing trucks, capable of accelerating to 100 mph as rapidly as a Porsche 911, will be taking part in a minimum of six races over the weekend. A thrilling reverse-grid format ensures plenty of overtaking!
Pickup Truck Racing Championship
With unique tubular spaceframe chassis’ that are coupled with two-litre multi-valve twin-cam engines making up the grid, the action is fast and frenetic.
MINI CHALLENGE Coopers
The entry level Cooper Class car uses a 130bhp 1.6-litre normally aspirated engine, six-speed manual gearbox and Goodyear slick and wet tyres, limited to two new tyres per race meeting.
Hyundai Coupe Cup
The Coupe Cup is a budget conscious, single-make category for first and second generation two-litre Hyundai Coupe machines.
Kumho BMW Championship
Accommodating all BMW’s, the Kumho BMW category is split into multiple classes that are defined by the engine capacity of the competitor’s vehicles.
Caterham Graduates
Open to 1600cc Caterham Roadsport cars, as originally raced in the Caterham Scholarship and Caterham Academy series, the championship boasts a multi-class system to allow for various engines to compete.
MG Owners Club Championship
Class A includes the MGB, MGB GT, MG Midget and Austin Healey Sprite, whilst Class B encompasses the MG Maestro Efi, MG Maestro 1600 and MG ZS 120. Elsewhere, Class F and Class Z welcomes more modern machines such as the MGF 1.8VVC and MG ZR 160.
Show Trucks Display
Over 100 pristine show trucks will be lined up throughout the venue. Expect to see beautiful trucks of varying types, sizes and eras on display with them all taking to the circuit on Sunday evening. Applications for trucks displays are now open, CLICK HERE TO APPLY.
Easter Egg Hunt
Starting in the Megastore on Sunday, a free kids Easter egg hunt will take place across the whole of Brands Hatch, follow clues, collect the Easter letters and find the chocolate egg!
Trade Stands
A trade area will be in operation all weekend, with stalls selling parts, accessories and driver and team merchandise.
Red Dragon
Red Dragon is a monster truck converted to carry up to 10 passengers at a time, enabling the public to feel its thundering V8 power. Red Dragon, as seen at Top Gear Live, will be offering passenger rides over the weekend. Individual charges apply. Riders must be over 3ft tall.
Driver Autograph Session
On Sunday behind the Desire Wilson grandstand grab the opportunity to meet and greet the drivers of our headline race. Further information regarding times will be released closer to the time.
Mini Movie Trucks
Children and adults alike will have the opportunity to take a drive in a real Mini Truck from the Movies at Brands Hatch with Mini Movie Trucks. Individual charges apply.
Paid Funfair
The Brands Hatch Fun Zone will offer a fairground with an an assortment of exciting rides. Individual charges apply.
Adventure Playground
Check out the Brands Hatch adventure playground near the Kentagon restaurant, which has equipment for children of all ages from toddler to 14.
Truck Parade
To close the show on Sunday, all the display trucks will be invited onto the circuit to create an amazing site (and sound!). Make sure you have your cameras at the ready for this great spectacle.
Go Karting - Sunday Only
You can also test your mettle with go-karting on a mini version of the Brands Hatch Indy circuit, located opposite the Megastore. £15 for ten minutes, open to those aged 8+, payable at the circuit.

FREE WEEKEND CAMPING
Why not make a weekend of it and stay on-site at Brands Hatch? We have a dedicated camping area - just a short stroll from the racetrack.
Ticket holders are welcome to camp free of charge from midday before the first day of the event until midday after the last day of the event, but limited facilities are available.
