2 October 2016
British Touring Car Championship - Brands Hatch (GP)
Information

The Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship is back for another season of excitement, drama and intrigue, plus plenty of bumper-to-bumper racing on track! It's the UK's biggest car racing championship, and stars highly-modified saloons and hatchbacks similar to those seen on the nation's roads.

A five-way fight for last year's title went right down to the wire, with Scotland's Gordon Shedden emerging as champion in the Honda Civic Type R. He'll be defending his crown against ever-tougher opposition and changes to the field have already been announced, including 2013 champion Andrew Jordan to Motorbase (Ford) and Subaru joining forces with Team BMR for drivers Jason Plato and Colin Turkington.

In addition to a title fight that's sure to be intense, the final round often throws up a surprise result, with many drivers desperate for a good result to end the season on a high note. And there's the chance to see the new champion crowned on the Grand Prix circuit!

The weekend also features supporting action from the Porsche Carrera Cup GB, Renault UK Clio Cup, Ginetta GT Supercup, Ginetta Juniors and MSA Formula.
