2017 APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FRIDAY 24 MARCH
As part of our ongoing relationship with our local residents,
MotorSport Vision is pleased to offer a Brands Hatch annual pass,
worth £219 each, to two residents of every household located within
one mile of the track.
To apply for these passes and confirm your eligibility, you will need to provide proof of residence in the form of the following documents (clear A4 photocopies are accepted):
1. Most recent council tax bill for the application address (mandatory)
2. Plus one of the following
documents for both applicants matching the council
• Utility bill (e.g. gas, electricity or water) not more than
three months old or
• Bank or credit card statement not more than three months old or
• Your driving licence
In 2015 we introduced a new format for residents' passes to make the process easier and remove the need for you to supply a passport photo. If you had your photo taken in 2015 or 2016 it is not necessary to have a new one taken.
New applicants need to apply for passes in person so that we can take a digital photo to print directly onto your pass. This will then be stored and will be used for future passes.
Applications can be made in the office reception between 8:30am and 6pm on Monday-Friday from now until the closing date of 3 March. If you can't make it to the circuit during these hours we'll also be open on Villagers' Day on Saturday 4 February from 10am to 4pm. Applications made after the closing date are subject to a £25 administration fee.
Unfortunately, applications for residents' passes cannot be processed the week prior to a promoted event.
Dont forget that as a special offer to resident pass holders only, children 16 and under are admitted free of charge. Children must be accompanied by the pass holder.
