GENERAL ADMISSION - CHILDREN UNDER 13 ARE ADMITTED FREE

• What time do the gates open?
  Gates will open for spectators at 8:00am on both event days.
• WHAT AGE DO I HAVE TO BE TO QUALIFY FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT?
  We offer a discount on event entry to our guests that are aged 65 and over. This is only available for tickets purchased on the day of the event – not in advance.
• CAN I GET INTO THE PADDOCK AND PIT AREAS?
  The paddocks and zones behind the garages are fully open to the public, with no restrictions. Please be aware that these are working areas with moving vehicles, so please take caution, and ensure that any children are supervised at all times. There is no access to the pit lane itself.
• What time does the campsite open?
  You may stay on-site free of charge in the designated camping areas from the Friday prior to the event until the Monday after the event, but there are no facilities available.
• Am I entitled to discount for being a carer?

  Carers of our disabled guests may be entitled to free admission at MSV's race events. Please contact our call centre on 0343 453 9000 or carer@msv.com to make arrangements, no later than one week before the event you wish to attend.

• Do you have baby changing facilities?
  Yes, baby changing facilities can be found in our Hailwoods Bar and Restaurant in the paddock, the MotorSport vision Centre by the main entrance and the ‘Superloo’ toilet block opposite the Megastore shop (next to the Kentagon Restaurant and Bar).
• What happens if my posted tickets don't arrive in time?
  All tickets are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the ticket office at the address below:

• Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?
  Yes, you can buy tickets on the gate at all our race meetings, by cash or card payment.
• How much does it cost to park?
  Parking is free of charge for all public car parks, except for the Southbank & Infield at larger events that is chargable at £5 per day.
• Are animals permitted anywhere on site?
  No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs.
• Is there a cash machine on site?
  Yes, by the Megastore shop opposite the Kentagon Restaurant and Bar.
• Where can I claim my lost property or hand in any found items?
  Please head to the Brands Hatch Security office located at the Main Entrance. If you are no longer at the venue please call 01474 875257.
• I have a Grade D ticket, where can I find a list of events and can I upgrade my ticket?
  You can find a list of eligible Grade D events by clicking here. Unfortunately these cannot be exchanged or used as part payment towards any other higher grade meeting.
• What is MSV's ticket refund policy?
  The ticketholder shall only be entitled to a refund or exchange (at MSV's election) if an event is cancelled in its entirety prior to its commencement for reasons that are within our reasonable control. Event tickets may not be sold, resold, donated, transferred or in any way disposed of without prior written permission from MSV.
• How can I apply for media accreditation for race events?
  Please visit our dedicated media site to apply for accreditation at media.msv.com
• What is the policy on Drones or UAVs?
  Drones / UAVs are not permitted for use at Brands Hatch on any event day.
