British GT and F3 Championships
Brands Hatch (GP)
Saturday 16 - Sunday 17 April 2016

The British GT Championship and BRDC British F3 Championship co-headline at Brands Hatch on the legendary Grand Prix circuit this weekend.

The British GT Championship is one of the most fiercely contested in the country, with a packed grid of supercars representing the world's finest manufacturers, including Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Lamborghini, Lotus, Maserati, McLaren and Porsche. The two-hour race kicks off the 2016 season, and it's not just the first chance to see who's quickest on track, as there are pit stops where rapid fuel and driver changes, combined with clever strategy, are essential to success.

Grand Prix stars of the future will also take to the track in the BRDC British F3 Championship single-seater series, with three races across the weekend. It's a landmark year for the revamped championship, with the new Tatuus-designed carbon fibre car attracting new teams and drivers. The opening races of the season at Snetterton produced exciting action, and an unexpected championship leader in Enaam Ahmed.

The event also features a packed support package featuring many more categories, adding further spice to the action.

ADVANCE BOOKING HAS NOW CLOSED. TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE GATE.

British GT Championship

Full grids of exotic supercars from Ferrari, Porsche, McLaren, Audi and BMW do battle in the British GT Championship. With multiple classes, pit stops, and driver changes this is one of the most intense and thrilling championships in the country.

BRDC British F3 Championship

BRDC British F3 is the new natural feeder to FIA European F3, and the logical step-up from FIA F4 categories. With a brand new, much faster Tatuus-Cosworth car, top teams and a great driver line-up, it's the leading single seater category in the UK.

Ginetta GT5 Challenge

A well supported Ginetta one-make series. This series allows aspiring endurance stars of the future to make a name for themselves in the British GT paddock.

Caterham Superlight R300

Using a bespoke race-prepared chassis the Caterham Superlight R300 Championship is Caterham’s premier racing category. The car’s superlight frame combined with a 175bhp power unit makes the R300 one of the nation’s most formidable track machines.

Dunlop Mini Se7en Championship

Mini Se7ens aren't to be underestimated as they're capable of achieving 0-60mph in just under seven seconds and have a top speed of around 110mph. These relatively affordable machines provide great entertainment for drivers and spectators alike.

Dunlop Mini Miglia Championship

These Minis run with modified 1293cc engines and combined with a lightweight 660kg chassis, this allows them to accelerate from 0-60mph in less than five seconds. They are also capable of speeds in excess of 120mph.

Quaife Motorsport News Saloons

Packed grids of highly-tuned saloon cars do battle in this series, with everything from four-wheel-drive WRC cars, to modern front-wheel-drive hatchbacks.
